28th ADFIMI General Assembly, was held at the Omdurman Hall, Al Sadaka Convention Centre, Khartoum, Sudan, 09.00 - 12.00 hrs on 01 April 2012.
Having attained quorum the meeting began on time with a recitation from the Holy Quran.under the Chairman Mehmet Emin Özcan.
